In February 2019 Cranbornes in Shaftesbury High Street changed ownership and is now owned and run by Karen who previously managed the shop for 21years. We opened Cranbornes of Dorchester in Antelope Walk in October 2021 and Cranbornes Toys a month later which is next door to our largest shop in Shaftesbury. In October 2025 we moved our Dorchester store from Antelope Walk to Tudor Arcade which is just off the other side of South Street in Dorchester.
So with the help of Katherine, Nicci, Angela, Sam, Annabelle and Karen in Shaftesbury, Lisa, Anna and Tiggy in Dorchester and Jenny, Lorraine and Sue in Toys we aim to continue to build on the past successes of the first Cranbornes Shop established 33 years ago.
We would love to meet you in person in our Shaftesbury and Dorchester shops as our dream is to maintain a thriving High Street on which we have many other like minded owners determine to keep our High Streets alive.
